Free
FAFSA Workshop
During this in-person workshop, one or more financial aid experts will be available to assist parents and students in completing the 2026-2027 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
This event is in-person and free.
Register, mark your calendars and join us! Event reminders will be sent via email from Eventbrite
Who needs to file the FAFSA?
Any student considering attending college must complete the FAFSA to apply for scholarships, grants, and other forms of financial aid, such as work-study funds and loans. Completing and submitting the FAFSA is free and easier than ever. It also gives you access to the largest source of aid to help pay for college or career school.
In addition, many states and colleges use your FAFSA information to determine eligibility for state and school scholarships and grants. Some private aid providers may use the information to determine whether you qualify for their scholarships.
What will I need to fill out the FAFSA?
To complete the FAFSA, you will need:
• Your Social Security Number or your Alien Registration Number (if you are not a U.S. citizen)
• Your 2024 federal income tax returns, W-2s, and other records of money earned.
• Bank statements and records of investments (if applicable)
• Records of child support received in the last calendar year.
• A StudentAid.gov account username and password to log in to StudentAid.gov and start the FAFSA form electronically (previously called FSA ID).
If you are a dependent student, you will also need your parent(s) email.
