STAND Program
About the Program
The STAND Program supports West Virginia residents, who are in an apprenticeship or are a journey worker, in completing the courses necessary to receive an Associate of Applied Science degree in Skilled Construction Trades.
Eligible applicants can receive a grant to cover tuition and approved fees at participating community colleges in West Virginia.
How to Apply
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis beginning March 15 annually. Funding is limited and awards are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Complete the STAND Program application as soon as possible starting March 15.
