INTRODUCTION
This is the online application for West Virginia's merit-based PROMISE Scholarship Program. In addition to completing this online application by March 1, 2010, applicants are required to submit a 2010-2011 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov after January 1, 2010. To be considered as an on-time applicant, the FAFSA must be submitted by March 1, 2010. For more infomation about the PROMISE Scholarship and other West Virginia State-Level financial aid programs, please visit CFWV.com. How to Use the West Virginia Financial Aid Online Application

To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).
Once you have completed the application, click the 'SUBMIT' button.
We will inspect your data for errors or inconsistencies.
If errors or omissions are found, you will not be allowed to submit the application until you correct your answer(s).
